These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stryx Shield VPN website, desktop applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Stryx Shield VPN ("Stryx Shield," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, downloading our app, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use Stryx Shield VPN. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Stryx Shield VPN provides virtual private network software that encrypts your internet connection and routes traffic through our servers. Features may vary by plan (Basic or Premium) and platform (Windows, with macOS and others becoming available over time).

We strive to provide reliable, high-quality service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific speeds, or access to any particular website or service. Network conditions, third-party restrictions, and maintenance may affect performance.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately at support@stryxvpn.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date. Free trials and promotional offers (including our 1-month free trial) are subject to the terms displayed at signup.

• Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period; no partial refunds unless required by law.
• Price changes: We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Changes apply to subsequent billing cycles.
• Refunds: Refund eligibility is described at purchase and may vary by region. Contact support for billing disputes.

You agree not to use Stryx Shield VPN to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Send spam, malware, or engage in phishing or fraud
• Attack, probe, or disrupt networks, servers, or other users
• Distribute child sexual abuse material or other illegal content
• Infringe copyrights or intellectual property without authorization
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without our written consent
• Circumvent usage limits, authentication, or security measures

We reserve the right to investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required. Abuse may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

The Stryx Shield name, logo, software, website content, and related materials are owned by Stryx Shield or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, payment processors, or content. We are not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stryx Shield and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stryx Shield operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction, as applicable and except where prohibited by local consumer protection laws that grant you mandatory rights.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on this page. Material changes may be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
